Motorcyclist Killed in Hart County Crash
HART COUNTY, Ga. — A motorcyclist died in a three-vehicle collision on Reed Creek Highway Sunday, March 22, around 1:30 p.m.
According to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office, the motorcyclist was traveling toward Hartwell when he struck two vehicles at the intersection of Reed Creek Highway and Boat Road. The motorcycle came to rest on the left shoulder of the roadway.
The driver, identified as 31-year-old Ryan McKenzie Craft of Hartwell, Georgia, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders from Hart County EMS and Fire were dispatched to the incident. The Georgia State Patrol is currently conducting an investigation.
No further details about the other vehicles or any additional injuries have been confirmed at this time. Lane closures were in effect during the emergency response and investigation.
