ABILENE, Texas — Abilene Police responded to a motorcycle crash in the 3100 block of Dub Wright Boulevard on Tuesday morning. The incident was reported after a passerby noticed a motorcycle lying in a field.
The rider, identified as 21-year-old Devinn Wall of California, was traveling north when the crash occurred. Authorities confirmed Wall was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved, and speed may have contributed to the accident, according to APD. Evidence suggests Wall had been in the field for some time before being discovered.
The investigation is ongoing.
