Lake Wales, FL. – A 30-year-old Haines City man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident that happened near Lake Wales in Polk County.
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 1 a.m. on Tindel Camp Road at Lake Mabel Loop.
The 30-year-old man was riding a motorcycle eastbound when he lost control and collided with another motorcycle operated by a 25-year-old man from Winter Haven.
The 30-year-old man suffered severe injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The second motorcyclist was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
