Murrayville, GA. – A man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred on Wednesday night in Murrayville.
According to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 10:15 p.m. at the intersection of Hubert Stephens Road and Thompson Bridge Road.
A motorcycle was traveling southbound on Thompson Bridge Road when it crashed into a van trying to make a left turn to travel northbound on Thompson Bridge Road.
The 42-year-old Gainesville man was ejected from the bike and was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The 38-year-old van driver was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
