Pasco County, FL. – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident involving a suspected DUI driver on Thursday evening in Pasco County.
According to the police, the fatal motorcycle accident happened at the intersection of U.S. Highway 41 and Lake Floyd Drive at around 6:30 p.m.
A 26-year-old man from Largo was riding a motorcycle northbound on US-41 when he crashed into a vehicle making a left turn from southbound Highway 41 onto Lake Floyd Drive.
The motorcyclist was rushed to a local hospital where he later died.
The driver of the car was determined to have been under the influence at the time of the accident and was charged with DUI manslaughter.
