AUDRAIN COUNTY, Mo. — A 63-year-old man from Mexico sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on Saturday, August 8, at 2:17 p.m.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on MO-C, just south of Audrain County Road 132, when a deer entered the roadway. The man was operating a Harley Davidson FLHX Street Glide, and upon striking the deer, he was ejected from the motorcycle and slid off the right side of the road.
Emergency Medical Services from Audrain County transported the injured motorcyclist to University Hospital for treatment. No additional injuries or fatalities were reported.
