POTOSI, Wis. — A 63-year-old man from St. Paul, Minnesota, died following a motorcycle accident on Brouillard Hill Road Saturday afternoon.
The Grant County Sheriff’s Office reported the incident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. as Timothy Ravn was traveling west on Brouillard Hill Road. According to authorities, the rear tire of Ravn’s 2019 Harley Davidson locked up, causing the motorcycle to skid onto its side.
Although Ravn was wearing a full-face helmet and jacket, he sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at Grant Regional Hospital in Lancaster.
The road was temporarily closed for emergency response and investigation. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident. Further details have not been released.
