NORWALK, Ohio (WTVG) – A single-vehicle motorcycle crash claimed the life of a Bucyrus man on April 12, 2026, at approximately 7:21 p.m. on State Route 100 in Seneca County.
David M. Clayton, 43, was riding a 2014 Harley Davidson Street Glide southbound when he failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the right side of the road, struck a ditch, and overturned, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Clayton was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities reported that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The incident remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, and no other vehicles were involved.
