A motorcycle crash in Oakfield Township, Michigan, on Saturday afternoon resulted in two fatalities, according to the Kent County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred near Hart Street Northeast and McArthur Avenue Northeast. Authorities reported that a 65-year-old man lost control of the motorcycle and left the roadway.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 62-year-old woman, also from Greenville and riding as a passenger, was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
