One person dies in motorcycle crash on Nicholson Drive in Baton Rouge Tuesday night.
The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of Nicholson Drive, near the Interstate 10 overpass, according to Baton Rouge Police Department spokesman Sgt. L’Jean McKneely Jr.
Emergency crews discovered one fatality at the scene. An SUV was involved in the collision, but no other individuals sustained injuries.
Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. Lane closures were implemented to facilitate the investigation and ensure public safety.
