MUKILTEO, Wash. — One person is dead following a hit-and-run crash between a car and a motorcycle on State Route 525 Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 7 a.m. near Beverly Park Road, resulting in the closure of all southbound lanes.
Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly after the crash. The deceased was pronounced dead at the site, while authorities continue to gather details for their investigation.
All southbound lanes of State Route 525 were reopened at around 9:45 a.m.
