Motorcyclist dies in crash in Fargo, according to Highway Patrol.

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A motorcycle crash in Fargo on Saturday, August 9, resulted in one death.

At approximately 1:55 p.m., a Toyota Corolla, stopped at a red light westbound on 29th Avenue North at Broadway, entered the intersection once the light turned green.

A 31-year-old Fargo man, riding a Yamaha sport motorcycle southbound on Broadway, failed to stop for the red light, colliding with the Toyota in a T-bone accident.

The motorcycle driver, not wearing a helmet, was ejected and transported to Sanford Hospital, where he later died due to his injuries.

The driver of the Toyota was wearing a seat belt and did not sustain injuries.

The incident is currently under investigation by the NORTH DAKOTA HIGHWAY PATROL.
