FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in a crash on Friday afternoon at approximately 1:50 p.m.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the intersection of Ebenezer Road and West Palmetto Street after reports of a collision between a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle.
According to the Florence County Fire Rescue (FCFR), the impact caused the rider to be ejected. Florence County EMS provided initial care before transporting the injured motorcyclist to a nearby hospital.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently investigating the incident.
