Motorcyclist Dies After Collision at Scholls Ferry Road and Highway 219

A 32-year-old Albany man died following a motorcycle crash in Washington County on June 15.
According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred at approximately 4:45 PM when Brandon Henderson’s motorcycle collided with a Mercedes SUV at the intersection of Southwest Scholls Ferry Road and Highway 219.
Witnesses reported attempting lifesaving measures before emergency crews arrived, but Henderson was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Mercedes is cooperating with authorities, and no arrests have been made at this time.
