Neosho Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash Near Granby

GRANBY, MO — A 23-year-old man from Neosho died in a two-vehicle crash on Hebron Road Thursday at 5:10 p.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Authorities reported the motorcyclist was riding a westbound 2006 Honda CR900F when he lost control and collided with an eastbound 2015 Infiniti QX60. The man was ejected from the motorcycle and sustained fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at 5:22 p.m. by the Newton County Deputy Coroner; he was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.

The driver of the Infiniti, a 61-year-old woman from Granby, was unharmed and properly secured in her vehicle. The motorcycle was totaled and towed from the scene by Ron’s Towing, while the Infiniti sustained minor damage and was driven away.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed next of kin had been notified. This incident is recorded as Troop D’s 60th fatal crash of 2026. The investigation included assistance from a Missouri State Highway Patrol master sergeant.
