WALDORF, Md. — A 45-year-old man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle early Friday.
Emergency crews responded at approximately 1:43 a.m. on July 24, 2026, to the intersection of Crain Highway and Mattawoman Beantown Road. Upon arrival, responders found the motorcycle rider conscious but with a potential broken ankle.
The injured man was transported by ambulance to UM Capital Region Medical Center for treatment. Authorities confirmed that the investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing, and no further details have been released regarding the other vehicle involved.
