BRISTOL — A motorcyclist is hospitalized with serious injuries following a crash late Tuesday in Bristol, authorities said.
The single-vehicle incident occurred at 11:23 p.m. at the intersection of North and Federal streets, according to Bristol Police Lt. Patrick Krajewski.
The motorcycle struck a utility pole and a street sign, prompting lane closures for approximately two hours for cleanup and investigation, Krajewski stated.
The victim, who sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, has not been identified, and further details on the crash are pending, Krajewski added.
