Mustang Community Mourns Loss of Student in Motorcycle Crash
Mustang High School senior Evan Price, 18, was killed in a motorcycle crash on New Year’s Day, prompting an outpouring of community support.
According to authorities, the crash occurred on Sara Road. Price had welcomed a daughter just nine days prior to the accident. A growing memorial at the site includes pictures, flowers, and balloons in his memory.
A GoFundMe page has been established by family and friends, describing Price as a “sweet, funny and loving” new father. Funds raised will support his newborn daughter. Additionally, a meal train for the family has been organized.
Mustang Public Schools confirmed Price’s death, expressing condolences to his family and classmates. Counseling services will be available for students when school resumes.
Ongoing investigations into the crash are being handled by local authorities.
