Minot, ND – One Killed, Teen Critically Injured in Motorcycle Crash Friday Afternoon
A motorcycle crash in Minot on Friday afternoon resulted in one fatality and critically injured a 17-year-old male. Authorities reported the incident occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Highway 52, near the intersection with 16th Street SE.
The accident involved two vehicles: a motorcycle and a pickup truck. The motorcyclist, identified as a 22-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The teenage passenger on the motorcycle sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported via ambulance to a local hospital.
Emergency response included the Minot Police Department and Minot Fire Department, who assisted at the scene. Witnesses reported the motorcycle was traveling eastbound when it collided with the westbound pickup truck, but official reports are still under investigation.
