LIBERTY, Wis. (WBAY) – A 70-year-old man from Pennsylvania was killed in a motorcycle collision Wednesday night on Highway 54.
According to the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, the motorcycle was traveling east on Highway 54 when a car, going north on County Road M, turned west onto the highway, failing to yield.
The motorcyclist died at the scene, while the 24-year-old driver of the car from New London was treated for minor injuries.
Authorities are conducting an active investigation into the crash. The identities of those involved have not been released pending family notification.
Traffic lanes were closed at the intersection during the investigation.
