WORTHINGTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A motorcycle crash in Worthington on Tuesday afternoon resulted in the death of a 76-year-old man from Chesterfield.
The incident occurred shortly after 1 p.m. on Ireland Street, near Conwell Road. Emergency responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Authorities confirmed that the crash involved a single motorcycle. Worthington Police, along with State Police detectives and the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit, are investigating the incident.
The roadway was temporarily closed as emergency personnel responded and conducted their investigation. No further details about the incident have been released as the investigation is ongoing.
