KENT, Wash. — A crash involving two cars and a motorcycle blocked four left lanes of northbound Interstate 5 in Kent on Friday morning.
The incident occurred near State Route 516 around 9:30 a.m., leading to significant lane closures.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the motorcyclist was determined to be the cause of the collision.
Witnesses reported that an SUV became trapped between two barriers, complicating towing efforts.
The SUV was eventually removed using tow straps and a crane, after being lodged in a chute formed by the barriers.
Emergency responders reported no major injuries from the crash. All lanes were reopened later in the morning.
