TEMPE, AZ — Two riders are critically injured following a motorcycle crash on McClintock Drive, late Friday night.
According to the Tempe Fire Medical Rescue, the incident occurred around 10:14 p.m. near East Cornell Drive and South McClintock Drive.
Emergency crews found a man and a woman with life-threatening injuries. Both received on-scene treatment before being transported to a local hospital.
North and southbound lanes of McClintock Road have been closed between Southshore Drive and Oxford Drive while police investigate.
The Tempe Police Department is working to determine the cause of the crash.
