Wyoming Man Dies in Motorcycle Accident Near Casper.

A 45-year-old Wyoming man died in a motorcycle crash on Yellowstone Highway near Casper on August 4 at 2:18 p.m.

According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, Matheau Good was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle westbound when he struck a Toyota that was also traveling westbound and turning left into a business entrance. Good’s motorcycle collided with the rear of the Toyota, resulting in significant damage.

Authorities confirmed Good was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Speed and driver inattention are being considered as possible contributing factors.

This incident marks the eighth motorcycle fatality on Wyoming highways this year, compared to nine fatalities at the same time last year.

Emergency responders to the scene included local law enforcement and medical units. The roadway was temporarily closed during the investigation, but has since reopened.
