A Hanover man was killed in a motorcycle crash Wednesday evening in Maryland, according to authorities.
Conner Nichols, 21, of Hanover, died following a collision at the intersection of Middleburg Road and Naylors Mill Road near Taneytown on July 23, 2025, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.
Nichols was pronounced dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office stated in a release on July 29, 2025.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing and being handled by the sheriff’s office.
Nichols was a 2022 graduate of Littlestown High School and was employed at LifeSource Water Systems in Hanover, his obituary noted.
He enjoyed motorcycling, golfing, and baseball, as shared by family in his tribute.
