Oklahoma Man Dies in Motorcycle Accident in Tulsa.

A motorcycle accident on I-444 resulted in the death of a 69-year-old man on Sunday evening.

According to officials, the crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. as a vehicle and motorcycle were traveling east. The vehicle slowed down to yield to a fire truck responding to an emergency.

The motorcyclist, identified as Steven Fennell, reportedly did not notice the vehicle was decelerating and rear-ended it.

The impact caused Fennell to lose control and fall. He sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities confirmed that the fire truck was operating with lights and sirens activated. No other injuries were reported.

The incident is under investigation, and the eastbound lanes of I-444 were briefly closed for emergency response and investigation. Towing services were called to remove the vehicles.
