BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — One person was killed during a motorcycle accident in Berkeley County on Tuesday morning.
The collision occurred around 6:53 a.m. when a 60-year-old Bonneau man was riding a 1985 Kawasaki motorcycle. Authorities say he was turning from U.S. Highway 17 Alternate to Church of God Road when a Ford pickup truck collided with him.
The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Bryan Rodger.
Emergency responders from the South Carolina Highway Patrol arrived on the scene. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
