Officer Daniel Adler, 22, was killed in an off-duty motorcycle accident on Route 561 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, on Thursday.
According to authorities, Adler was involved in a single-vehicle crash while riding his motorcycle. Emergency medical responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
Adler had recently been sworn in as a full-time officer with the Camden County Police Department in March. He was the son of Action News photojournalist Rich Adler.
The Camden County Police Department is mourning the loss of Officer Adler, who is remembered by his colleagues and community.
