Motorcycle Crash in East Valley Claims Life of Bull Rider
A motorcycle accident on AZ-60 West occurred at 3:45 p.m. on June 1, resulting in the death of a professional bull rider.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the rider, a 27-year-old male, collided with a car near the exit to 24th Street. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene. The two occupants in the car suffered minor injuries and were treated on-site by medical personnel.
Authorities closed two westbound lanes of AZ-60 while an investigation was conducted. The roadway was reopened at approximately 5:30 p.m. No further updates on the investigation have been provided.
