Motorcyclist Dies in Klamath County Crash
Klamath County, Ore. – A 74-year-old motorcyclist died following a crash on Highway 140 on Tuesday afternoon, according to Oregon State Police.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m. near milepost 30, close to Kingfisher Drive. Authorities reported that Wesley Lawson was operating a black Honda motorcycle eastbound when he veered off the road and crashed onto the shoulder.
Lawson was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
Oregon State Police are investigating the crash. Emergency response units were on the scene to assist.
