Police confirmed Keith was pronounced dead at the scene, while Cudo sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital.

Gaddies also received medical attention for serious injuries and faces charges of reckless driving, according to VSP.

The crash remains under investigation, and lane closures were in effect during the response.
