New Haven, NY (August 28, 2025) – A motorcycle accident on August 26 resulted in a fatality at the intersection of State Route 104B and County Route 6 around 5:31 p.m.
According to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, a 2024 Honda motorcycle operated by 21-year-old Scott Awe of New Haven was traveling west on State Route 104B. While making a left turn onto County Route 6, Awe collided with a 2006 Ford F350 pickup truck. The truck’s driver and passenger were unharmed.
Awe was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and more details will be released as they become available.
Authorities have not reported any lane closures related to this incident. Emergency response units from the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and local medical services were on site.
