FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 21-year-old Fargo woman died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on Sunday evening.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Tessa Holt was riding southbound on University Drive, just south of I-94, when she lost control of her motorcycle and fell off. A second motorcycle then struck her before the rider also lost control. Holt was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene at approximately 8 p.m. Authorities reported that no charges have been filed as the investigation remains ongoing.
Witnesses described Holt as an enthusiastic motorcyclist, known for her safe riding practices. Friends expressed deep sorrow over her untimely death, highlighting her significant impact in their lives.
In light of the incident, authorities are reminding all motorcyclists to wear helmets and urging drivers to exercise caution on the roads during the summer months.
