Several people were injured in a motorcycle and vehicle crash in downtown Grand Rapids.
At least three motorcycles and two vehicles were involved, according to Grand Rapids Police Chief Eric Winstrom. One motorcycle caught fire during the incident.
One individual is reported to be in grave condition, and five others were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities received multiple calls regarding the motorcycle group prior to the crash, reporting reckless driving and excessive speeds.
Fulton Street was closed for approximately 3.5 hours to facilitate cleanup efforts.
The investigation is ongoing.
