Highway 9 in Skagit County has reopened following a fatal motorcycle crash on Thursday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol.
SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. — Authorities said the collision occurred near Mount Vernon, blocking the highway between Sulfer Springs Road and Lake Cavanaugh Road. Drivers were diverted to West Big Lake Road.
