LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A car-motorcycle collision at West Central Avenue and South 5th Street sent one individual to La Follette Medical Center on Wednesday afternoon around 4 p.m.
Authorities reported that emergency responders, including the La Follette Fire Department, La Follette Police, and Campbell EMS, quickly arrived at the scene. The incident occurred near McDonald’s, leading to traffic delays in the area.
As a result of the accident, at least one lane was closed while emergency personnel attended to the injured and worked to clear the roadway.
The condition of the injured party has not been disclosed at this time. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is ongoing.
