Multiple-Vehicle Collision on Highway 45 Injures Three, Closes Lanes
A multi-vehicle accident on Highway 45 northbound, near exit 12, occurred at 2:41 p.m. today.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the accident involved three vehicles. Emergency Medical Services transported three individuals to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities reported no fatalities at the scene.
The Texas Highway Patrol and local emergency responders were on-site to assist. Two northbound lanes remain closed while the scene is cleared and an investigation is underway.
Traffic is backed up significantly, with delays reported extending to exit 10. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and exercise caution in the area.
