Metro crash results in serious injuries and potential charges.

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A motorcycle passenger has died following a September crash on University Dr. S.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, 32-year-old Krassimira Utecht of Fargo succumbed to her injuries on October 4. The incident remains under investigation, with potential charges being considered for both the motorcycle operator and the car driver.

The crash occurred on September 15 around 8:15 p.m. in the 4600 block of University Dr. S., involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle.

Authorities reported that the motorcycle driver, 22-year-old Jansen Hernandez from Prior Lake, MN, and Utecht were both transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Neither wore helmets at the time of the crash.

The car involved was driven by a 16-year-old girl from Fargo, who was unharmed. Her passenger also reported no injuries.

The Fargo Police Department is coordinating with Highway Patrol as the investigation continues.
