LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A moped driver sustained life-threatening injuries following a collision on Clays Mill Rd. at 12:27 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police, the moped was struck by a vehicle, resulting in critical injuries for the moped operator, who was transported to the hospital.
The Lexington Police Department’s Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the incident.
No additional details about the vehicles or potential lane closures have been confirmed at this time.
