PEACH COUNTY, Ga. — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on GA 49 near Beverly Road at approximately 3 p.m. Saturday, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
Authorities reported that the motorcyclist, riding a Harley Davidson, lost control while navigating a curve, veered off the road, and overturned in the median. Both the motorcycle and rider impacted a concrete drain.
The motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries. Their identity has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
The crash remains under investigation by authorities.
