Dover, DE (May 26, 2026) – A 22-year-old motorcyclist from Smyrna died Monday night following a collision with a Jeep Wrangler in Dover.
The accident occurred at approximately 8:02 p.m. at the intersection of North DuPont Highway and Lepore Drive. According to authorities, the Jeep was stopped in the northbound left-turn lane with a flashing red arrow when it crossed into the path of the southbound motorcycle, resulting in a collision on the passenger side.
Emergency responders arrived to find the motorcyclist, identified as Emmanuel Farmer, critically injured. He was transported to Bayhealth Kent Campus, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
