A 27-year-old motorcyclist sustained major injuries after colliding with a pickup truck in Apple Valley, San Bernardino County, on Thursday afternoon, July 9, 2026.
According to the Apple Valley Police Department, the crash occurred around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Ottawa Road and Iroquois Road, which is governed by stop signs. Authorities reported that the motorcycle was eastbound on Ottawa Road when the pickup truck entered the intersection from Iroquois Road, resulting in a collision with the passenger side of the truck.
The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
The Apple Valley Police Department is currently investigating the incident. Lane closures were in effect during the response and investigation. Further details on the crash have not been released.
