One person was flown to the hospital following a motorcycle-deer collision in Hanover Township, Columbiana County, on Monday at approximately 5:30 a.m.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the motorcycle struck the deer on State Route 9. First responders found a man lying on the road and determined he was conscious at the scene.
The victim was transported via a Stat Medevac helicopter to a Youngstown hospital for treatment. Specific details regarding his injuries have not yet been disclosed.
