Motorcyclist Dies in Aurora Crash Early Thursday
A man died early Thursday morning following a motorcycle crash in Aurora. The incident occurred at approximately 2:40 a.m. at the intersection of South Gun Club Road and East Louisiana Parkway.
According to the Aurora Police Department, the motorcyclist, traveling south on Gun Club Road, lost control of his bike, slid across the roadway, and struck a curb.
Authorities confirmed that the man died at the scene. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The victim’s identity will be released by the Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office once notified.
No additional injuries were reported, and no other vehicles were involved in the incident. Emergency services responded to the scene, but no lane closures were necessary. The investigation remains ongoing.
