COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A collision between a vehicle and a motorcycle closed two left lanes of southbound I-25 on Thursday evening.
The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. between Woodmen Road and Nevada Avenue, leading to lane closures that lasted until 6:11 p.m.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, the motorcycle rider was transported to a hospital with injuries but is expected to recover. No injuries were reported for the occupants of the vehicle.
Authorities advised drivers to proceed with caution and anticipate slower speeds in the area following the incident.
