A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Interstate 91 South in Hartford early Saturday morning.
Troopers responded to the incident around 12:54 a.m., according to the CONNECTICUT STATE POLICE. A 23-year-old man from Newington was driving a Lexus ES 300 when a motorcycle traveling the wrong way collided with the vehicle.
The motorcycle operator, identified as 22-year-old Colby Upson of Ellington, was thrown from the motorcycle and sustained serious injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
The Lexus driver reported no injuries and refused medical treatment.
