MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. — A 55-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash on Oktaha Road in Muskogee County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).
Authorities identified the driver as Tyrun Simms, who was traveling southbound when his vehicle veered off the road, striking a tree. The incident occurred on Sunday morning.
OHP officials stated the cause of the crash remains under investigation. Simms’ next of kin has been notified.
