Motorcyclist Killed in Crash Near Portland International Airport
PORTLAND, Ore. — A motorcyclist was killed in a single-vehicle crash near the Portland International Airport on Tuesday at 8:36 p.m.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, first responders discovered the rider deceased on Northeast Airport Way at Northeast 138th Avenue upon arrival. The Major Crash Team is conducting an investigation into the incident.
Northeast Airport Way is closed in both directions between Northeast 138th Avenue and Northeast 148th Avenue while authorities assess the scene. The closure is expected to last several hours.
