SERIOUS MOTORCYCLE CRASH IN PEORIA INJURES TWO
PEORIA, Ariz. — Two individuals sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle collision with a parked car early Sunday morning, according to the Peoria Police Department.
The incident occurred at approximately 1 a.m. near 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road. Initial reports indicate that a motorcycle, allegedly traveling over 100 mph, struck a parked vehicle.
Emergency responders transported a man and a woman to a local hospital, both in serious condition.
Authorities indicated that they suspect impairment may have contributed to the crash, though no additional vehicles were involved. The investigation is ongoing, and lane closures were implemented during the response.
