Multiple-Vehicle Accident on I-95 Results in Injuries
A multi-vehicle accident occurred on I-95 northbound near Exit 45 in Springfield at approximately 3:15 p.m. on October 12.
Authorities reported that three vehicles were involved in the collision, resulting in at least two confirmed injuries. Emergency medical personnel from the Springfield Fire Department arrived on the scene to provide aid.
As a result of the accident, the right lane of I-95 northbound is closed, causing significant delays in traffic. Towing services have been dispatched to remove the vehicles from the roadway.
